Inventor Fusion and Publisher Ribbons Switch Sides

We have come across a few instances where the Ribbon in Inventor Publisher and Inventor Fusion switches sides. I.e. instead of being towards the left as normal, they appear towards to the right. Note: This appears to occur more often with machines running a Tablet device (Wacom etc.).

Eventually, after many hours searching, the source of the problem was found. In the Windows Tablet PC Settings > Other, there is a setting for what Handedness should be used (Right or Left). If the Tablet PC Option is set to Right-handed, Publisher & Fusion display the Ribbon towards the Right hand side of the screen. Switching this Option to Left-handed and restarting the application, brings the ribbon back to the Left hand side of the screen.
